A:AnswerAbsolutely YES! I have a Water Fitness class twice a week and am in the water 90 mins each class and, I get in the Hot Tub for about 10 mins afterwards. Just remember to turn your watch on the water safety icon. I also got a waterproof watchband. Have fun and watch those Activity and Workout numbers go up!
