- Answer I think It depends on usage and charging methods. My first one lasted about 4 years before it needed to have a battery replaced. If I hadn’t tried to do it myself, I’d still be using it.

- Answer Yes it will connect but has an issue with reconnecting on occasion. You need to have the app open on the iPhone and running in the back ground. Is that makes sense.

QuestionWhen they say open box does that mean something is wrong with the watch or is there something missing. Why was the watch returned in the first place.

- Answer Typically in my experience open boxes are either floor models or units some one changed their mind on. It could be something as simple as they didn't like the functionality or it was not completely compatible with their device. I have seen them come complete like new. To being well used. Best buy seems to be one of the better in clearly marking used floor model vs simply bought and returned.

- Answer No they do not have a trade in policy. However, if you bought the item from EST BUY and also purchased a warranty or Geek Squad, you can use it to replace or fix the item.
