If you take phone privileges, then you need to disable access to the apps you describe via the phone using the Samsung app. Otherwise, no. On the LTE version, they will still see who calls, texts (and be able to respond), etc.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can just lock your child's phone with a very secure pin and add yourself and whoever else you want as emergency contacts. Then they can only call those contacts with the phone locked and won't be able to use it for anything else.
