Auto Spell Check is now called 'Suggest Text Corrections' and can only be enabled if Predictive Text is active, as per the description of the feature. To activate all you need to do is go to Settings > General Management > Samsung Keyboard > Suggested Text Corrections and then make sure that it is enabled.
