• Hello Rick, The MX-ST40B Sound Tower will be able to connect using Bluetooth to your TV. The Sound Towers are not capable of being used as surround sound. If you connect TWO Sound Towers together that are the same model, using RCA cables, and then Bluetooth the main unit to your TV then you will have Stereo Sound. ~Samsung Solutions

• Yes, youll be able to use the RCA inputs on speaker from any audio source with same RCA outputs. If your TV doesnt have the ports, then youll need adapter(s).
