• You can definitely use it for photo and video storage on a PC although Windows might wear it out prematurely if used for something else. SD cards in general do not have the same wear control and performance as an SSD. I would not use this to hold Windows programs but it's fine to hold pictures and videos

• Yes. You'll just need to format it properly for Windows use. Likely NTFS. It works as a type of portable storage.
