I have had them fall out, but only while chewing gum or food, I use them at work, I do lawn care and sweat up a storm and have not had a problem.. hope I was some help.

Where on the other hand I bought some Sony one's Bluetooth but wired and the weight of the battery and the buttons components would yank them out of my ears. It was aggravating working out with them .
