QuestionI just received my phone in the mail but there is a light scratch on the screen of about 3/4 inch. Can I return this to the store with no restocking fee and order another one online? What a bummer because I liked everything else and had to wait a week.

Questiondoes this works on other carriers(GSM), is it unlocked? I have seen some comments like all verizon phones are unlocked by default but works only on verizon bands ( 2, 4, 13)? doesn't it work on other lte bands? i want to use on band 3 and 40.
