Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your wired connections between the two speakers to confirm the wires are not pushed in too deep. If they are pushed in too far (ie: insert only the bare wire into the connectors on the speakers) the speakers will not work. If the problem still persists try "pairing" the rear speakers again with the soundbar. My rear speakers and soundbar connected without any problem and I have not experienced any "drop" or "cut-out" as you described.
