• Yes it works with the Note 10+. Bought it for my Note 10+ and Tab S6

• I have a Notebook 10+ and it works great with my Bose headphones. Never had a problem .

• I bought this unit for my Note 10+ about a year ago to use with a lavalier mic. It worked fine. I wish it was slightly longer because now I'd like to use it with 'videomic me' and the unit is an inch or two too short. Nevertheless, for the initial purpose that I bought it, it's fine ... Greg

• I have a note 10 plus and works with my phone. Tried using apple jack because store only had that product sound quality was lowered. This jack works great and great sound quality

• I don't know about the digital part but it is made for Samsung products. It works fine with both of our Note 10 pluses.
