“I have loaded additional music album folders and files to an existing folder in the music library of the MP3 player. I can see and play the files loaded on the player with my Windows 11 laptop. But I cannot see or play the files with the MP3 player.”

On your SanDisk, go to the "Folders" icon and click the raised center button. Use the "up" and "down" buttons (which are flush with the surface of the device that are located above and below the raised center button) to scroll through all of the folders. Eventually, you'll scroll enough through the list to find your folder in the SanDisk. Click that folder with the raised central button, scroll to find the tune you want to listen to, and press the raised center button to select it.
