• ITunes will not recognize your MP3 player. You can look at the Question: "I tried both Mac and pc.It doesn’t work.It cannot “See” the device although the cord is charging when you plug it in.What should I do?" - I showed steps for moving and then changing ITunes music over to mp3's.
