You can add, or delete, anything, any time you want to. The computer/Device your working with "Formats", or places things on the disc to the most convenient place. I have had 16 and 32 GB drives FULL of pictures before and it brings up your item quick! You can Format a flash drive, BUT, it erases all info. on that drive. (fresh start).
