“SecureAccess with Windows 10 I can't seem to get the pre-loaded SecureAccess software to work with my Windows 10 PC. Has anyone come across a workaround for this problem yet? (Product packaging says it's not compatible with Windows 10. This isn't mentioned in Best Buy's product description, or did I miss that?)”

Try "googling" "win10 encryption" or "Win10 file encryption". There ARE third party programs that will probably work. Again, just "Google" and you'll get lots of hits.
