Please try again later.Go to Control Panel, All Control Panel Items, Recovery Select Create a Recovery Drive, it will prompt you to "Back Up Files to Recovery Drive" which will be your Sandisk USB drive Make sure drive has at least 16GB of storage, click Next, it will prompt you to insert your USB drive if not already inserted, then click Next to create the backup The backup will erase anything that's on the drive, so make sure it is empty. In the future, anytime you make a new backup, it will overwrite the older file backup
