Please try again later.As soon as you plug-in your USB drive, a pop-up will show up on your screen, it'll ask what you want to do, you have several options, pick the one that says view files, you will see two files on the USB if it is a clean stick, one says SanDisk secure access V2.0 and the other one is SanDisk secure accessV2_win you'll notice this one because it has a Icon of what looks to be a safe. the icon of the safe is your encryption mode, click on that and follow the directions and you will have a password and encrypted pictures files whatever you want. good to go! good.
