“if I use or to download my pictures every once in awhile, will it only load the new or will it reload them all and thus make repeats? never used one before. thanks.”

I found that if the photo is named it will come up asking if you want to duplicate or skip the picture with the same name,

If you delete some dat your data limit increases, max is 32GB finally It depends how you transfer the file. If you always drag your picture folder to US folder, you will upload only new file .when a window pop up pops when you transfer the folder, do not press on button "keep both" or "replace". Hope that works.
