Differences between the cards usually come down to the read and write speeds, write being the key factor. You will have to do some research to find the information as BestBuy.com does not always have the necessary information. If you plan on shooting high resolution photos or recording HD video (1080p @ 30 or 60 fps) go with extreme plus. You will run into issues with lower grade cards.
