• Yes it is. I actually own that exact phone & it will work fine. The S7 can go up to 200 gigs of external storage according to what I found on the internet.

• This depends on the required format and how large of space it allows for a card. If ex fat or ntfs is used, then 64gb cards should work. Now anything up to or over 128gb cards even though formatted in ex fat or ntfs, they are questionable and you chance it like anything else. Keep in mind that fat 32 format is by default used in sd cards 32gb and under, but can be formatted to ex fat and ntfs as well.
