• I had trouble keep this connected until I took a chance and bought another high-speed data cable with the proper connection port without the adapter. It solved the problem. and doubled the speed. Win-Win

• This device comes with a very short cord (about 6") that has a C-port connector and a USB adapter. I would prefer a longer cord for the way I will be using the drive. And the drive is so small, I think it's subject to getting lost!
