- Answer It gives you an option to select or import all. Choose to select and tap each new photo you’d like to add. Didn’t take that long to select or to upload. Hope that helps!

QuestionI have just plugged in the SanDisk iXpand to my iPad. I am getting a message “Arranging your content so you don’t have to.” I have a lot of pictures and videos. But this arranging is taking a very long time—43 minutes and counting. Is this normal?

- Answer You can transfer the Word file to the Sandisk drive, but it's read-only. However, you can then easily transfer that file from the Sandisk to your computer's or iPad's software. I don't know about Powerpoint, but I assume it's the same. I much prefer this system over Microsoft's poorly indexed cloud system, which also requires a Wifi signal. Incidentally, the Sandisk software was much more versatile than other brands I tried.

Questioni purchased this product a year ago. I backed up my photos from my iPhone at that time. Fast forward a year now, I backed up my current photos from my iPhone. My question is, where are my prior back ups from the disc and why can’t I view them?

- Answer Did u check a year ago to be sure ur photos were on the San disk flash drive? If so, I’d take that problem to the geek squad. U can see one free for 20 min by making an appt if u don’t have total tech support.
