This is not a micro SDHC so it won't work in your phone. The 80MB/s means the card can transfer 80 million bytes per second. A byte is 8 digital bits which is basically what computers use to store information

It has to do with what u r using it for. Bigger number means better quality format. For filming it is needed for anything above MP4 format.
