- Answer I’m pretty sure it will. As long as set up the proper folders for the PS4 to recognize. I saved files on a usb flash drive on a PS3 to transfer to another PS3. I’m pretty sure the process is similar. I bet you can find videos on YouTube for this.

- Answer It should be but I don’t recommend 32g for the PlayStation 4. For a PlayStation 4, you need a hard drive that is 250gb or above. This ensures game content runs smoothly without any lag.

- Answer For my understand, you may not transfer movies directly. However, you may transfer movies form Galaxy S9+ to PC and then transfer it from PC to the thumb drive.

- Answer Mac and windows do NOT and never have used the same file format. In order to do what you are trying to do you will have to format the usb/eternal HDD to exfat which then can work with both operating systems. Other then that make sure both machines have programs that can open the file (pdf, jpg) etc
