My Sandisk 64 gb flash drive only functions on one computer and will not read contents on any other computer. Therefore, I am unable to transfer my data to a new computer when the old one goes out. After years of using Sandisks this is disappointing. null

Are you using a newer flash drive, trying to match up with an older computer?  It may not have the same USB port a, b or c.  or visa versa.

If it was formatted to fat32 you wouldn't have problems.

I've not run into this problem with mine, if you are switching between operating systems you may need to see if there is an update for the driver
