• 3 CDs are about 4gb I think. This flash drive should hold a lot of songs. So it should hold All of your songs.

• The size of the flash drive depends on the bitrate, size and format of the music files. Higher bitrate requires larger flash drive.

• I own a SANDISK 64GB ULTRA USB 3.0 DRIVE RED. I have over 1300 songs on mine, and have only used about 1/6 of the available space, so you should have no problem.
