A:AnswerYes it indeed will since it uses a Micro SD Card for external storage for apps and stuff as the USB's wont on the Fire TV only for transferring or third party stuff.
A:AnswerIt should work from the knowledge i know of, you can keep it in and use it as a secondary storage (Removable of course), or you can use it as a dedicated storage for the PC almost like if you had an HDD (Hard Drive) & SSD (Solid State Drive), you just might have to or maybe would want to create or make it as a partition for the OS (Operating System) so the PC would be able to use it better or make use of all its resources. (Not entirely sure on some of the wording i used but i hope it helps though).
