Each tablet or fire has a maximum allowed for the cards to install. Check yours in your Settings and go from there. Some only allow 32GB as the max and some 128GB.

Yes; if the device has an SD card slot, it will work to expand the internal memory.

It works with most devices that take SD memory cards. You can always return it for an exchange (not sure about the refund policy) if it's not the right one. I imagine it will work though. I used mine in my Samsung tablet and a Canon camera (after I transferred my photos to my laptop).
