    Man is has a Keurig

We were looking around the store for refrigerators. My wife was comparing the features on every French door model. She was looking at the appearance, shelves, ice bin, door dispensers, drawers, bins….When I saw this Café with the Keurig on the door, I told her to stop looking (which she didn’t) because I knew what she was going to want to buy. When she did make it over, she lit up and asked "How can this be?" "This is brilliant!" She then opened the doors and quickly realized that the shelves, bins and ice bin were just like all of the others, or maybe a little nicer. She spent about a week online reading reviews and found mostly great comments about this refrigerator. The three recurring, negative comments were: compressor is a little louder than most refrigerators, the water dispenser and Keurig, drip a little, after dispensing and the Keurig backs water up in the door and leaks. Well, the Keurig backing water into the door seemed to be fixed with an update to the Keurig apparatus and I assumed mine would have the updated version (which seems to be the case and I have not had a problem with it). The water and Keurig do drip a drop after dispensing. No big deal though, the drop of water sits on the tray and evaporates shortly. The drop of coffee evaporates and at some point as I am passing by with a damp paper towel, I wipe up the residue. BTW, the tray rocks....you can pull it out to double it's size and a pot will sit there. The noisy compressor....It is slightly more noisy than my previous refrigerator. If I had to guess, standing in front of it, my old refrigerator ran at 5 decibels and this one runs at 5.2. Barely noticeable and I would much rather have a heavy-duty compressor rather than a weaker one that was slightly-less noisy. The water dispenser will show what volume of water you are dispensing. It is accurate up to 2 cups, but after that, it gets wildly inaccurate (always over fills). I used a measuring cup to verify these findings. The second thing....you can set the amount to fill but you have to hold the pot against the lever for the water to flow. I would like to set the water, push the pot against the lever and let go. No big deal, but I recommend this update to the software. Seeing how the refrigerator has wifi, I would also like it to connect to internet radio and have a descent speaker. Now, this is a luxury request, but, come on man, it has a Keurig!!! So, to sum: My only issue, to date, is that the water and Keurig drip a drop after dispensing. This issue is so minor and I bet most refrigerators do this, that the other features of the refrigerator far outweigh them. If I had another house, I would buy another of these refrigerators in a minute.

    Cards Go Read-Only

These cards go read-only according to SanDisk forums, and it is not unintentional. You can try any device, interface, utility, or operating system, but once this elusive read-only bit has been flipped, there is no going back. It's a done deal. According to the forums, this happens when the microSDXC "controller" detects a problem with the card. Fine, except this only happened immediately after removing it from an Android device, where it was working perfectly, and multitudes of other people have encountered this problem, and only with SanDisk. Of course, the only fix is to buy another one (funny how that works). My biggest issue with this is that the card CANNOT be DoD wiped. For privacy purposes, this is a huge issue. Knowing this I would not allow SanDisk microSDXC cards in any business devices. For example, newer Dell laptops have microSD slots, so it is not unfathomable that people in enterprise may be utilizing these cards. So, fair enough. I will smash the card into nanoparticles and be sure to never buy a SanDisk microSDXC card again. My best guess is the "switch" for lack of a better term is outside of the LBA range (the addresses on which all data is stored on the card). So even if a user initiates a "full format" they cannot wipe or reformat these cards. Avoid.

Originally I wanted to buy an Extreme / Plus but they were sold out out and I settled for that 64GB Ultra Plus. I am using it as extra storage for my tablet, Surface Pro. Here's what I found is the top speed for WRITING from my fast SSD internal drive to the card: my test file is a 1GB file and that averages at 14 MB/s. For the same file, copying it from the SD card to my internal SSD drive I am getting around 42 MB/s which is pretty much what the specs say. For tons of smaller files you would get slower rates but that is expected. E.g. if you mainly copy images and those files may be average at 6-10 MB per image you need less than 1 sec for each photo writing it and you can perhaps read 4-5 photos per second when retrieving it. Certainly, all those numbers are just rough numbers. So, you can do the math for yourself and find if the card is fast enough for you. So, for my every day work that speed is definitely ok and enough. I don't know about anybody else's needs but I believe it's a good card.

I purchased this SD card for a new activeon pro camera I got specifically for snorkeling. All the reviews I read were great then when I finally opened my camera it recommended a different SD card. I was worried but it was too late now I needed a camera to use for vacation. This SD did not disappoint and in fact after doing additional research I discovered this card was compatible with camera as well as the go pro and was better then what they recommend you use. The recording speed is faster if that is something you need, water proof, heat proof, shock resistant etc. This was a great buy with a ton of storage. My husband laughs and says it will take me forever to use all the space. I'm primarily using it for pictures but I did use it for some videos both in and out of water and it is doing what it is supposed to. I'm glad I read reviews and found it on sale. Totally worth the 29.99 over 60.00 off the regular price!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and I utilize the camera a lot as well as download a few apps. My phone has a small internal storage, so I needed something bigger. I originally had a Samsung Evo 64GB SD Card and it worked for about a month before completely crashing and losing all of my photos (insert why didn't you back them up idiot comment here)... I've since learned my lesson but knew I always wanted another one! Finally picked this baby up and havent looked back. It now houses a majority of my apps, all photos, themes, music and more. With great download speeds and relative ease of access. I have this a 4 because I did have some issues formatting the card for my phone and getting things initially across but now it works like a charm. I also got lucky that this was on sale when I bought it so it was a steal! Would definitely recommend for phones.

May Be Good for Younger, More Tech Type Customers

I purchased this product to transfer pictures from my smartphone to my computer but I could not properly fit the memory card into my smartphone after trying to do so several times and I also had a friend try to do it and he could not get it into the smartphone correctly either. Also the memory card is very tiny and I dropped it on the floor and it took me a while to find it. I have been told that I should have purchased a USB cable instead as that would have been easier for me to use. As like many older persons I am not very tech knowledgeable. However, this product may be good for younger and more tech knowledgeable customers and those who are used to handling such tiny items. I would not recommend it for those who are not familiar with it already. I gave it three stars as I really do not know how to rate this product.

I was using this SD card with my Blackberry KEYone when everything went completely haywire. My phone would not function correctly, it wouldn't unlock or respond, even applicationa stored on my phone memory were being affected. I removed the memory card and everything reverted to normal. Tried to recover data with no luck. Tried to reformat it with no luck as well. I also tried putting it in my Nintendo Switch and it made it go bonkers as well!! The switch wouldn't even turn on with this card inserted! It's insane! Never had an SD card fail, this one failed in a month. I don't know if mine was faulty but be wary of this card.

    - DO NOT USE FOR GOPRO -

I recently went out and got roughly 5 hours of footage this past weekend, and while I did not purchase this card here, I can honestly say I will never buy a SanDisk card ever again. I have several other cameras that I use at a time, and I use audio to sync the cameras together. I noticed that my main camera, which is what this card was in, would not sync up. I then watched the footage and found that every 40-45 seconds, the camera would skip for roughly 10-15 seconds, but would not split the recording. I did a bit of research, and found that SEVERAL other people have this problem with these "Ultra" cards, that the actual write speed is not as advertised. The camera was skipping due to the fact that the card could not keep up with the camera, in a simple 1080p 30FPS framerate.
