Hi Neil, Do you know the model number for your TV? That would help us know for sure if your TV is compatible. However it should work with your LG as long as it has a compatible VESA pattern (works with 200x200mm - 600x400mm) and is under the mounts 125 lbs weight limit. This mount doesn't have post-install vertical adjustments, it has lateral shift, level adjustment and tilt adjustment. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
