“My mount and TV are level when pushed in but the TV tilts clockwise as it is pulled out. Up to 2 degrees when fully out. What should I be adjusting here to keep the TV level in all positions?”

First thing is to make sure everything was tighten, per instructions. Remember that "screw L" will level your tv & "tension knob T " will adjust your tilt. (If you do not intend to adjust the tilt for different viewing locations, you can tighten the tilt tension knob T, to prevent unwanted movement) Hope that helps.
