“Will this Mount work with metal studs for Samsung (90lbs) - 85" Class 8 Series LED 4K TV? If we have metal studs in our condo, are there any swivel mounts that will work?”

Yes sheet metal screws will work. I used plastic spacers on sheet metal screws to mount the stand to the metal stud. No problems this is for a 75” that weighs 65lbs.
