• Hi, Yes this mount has post install height and level adjustment, it also has lateral shift so it can be adjusted horizontally. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

• No it is actually designed to fit flush to your wall so if you plan on mounting your tv high on a wall I would recommend a mount that tilts
