How can you take the t.v. off the wall mount null

I have a 70" Sharp Aquos Flat wall tv mount. how do I take the tv off the mount.

It will take two people, get on both sides and at the same time , pull the two straps at the same time behind the tv and tilt the tv forward a little, then lift up and remove.

Sam, removal is easy. Simply insert index fingers into loops (back/rear) and pull down to release grip on the TV attached mount. (see pics.) Then lift TV from wall attached mount. Here is a link to download the owner's manual if you need. https://www.sanus.com/en_us/products/mounts/bxl1/
