“What if the TV needs service and is in a fixed position wall mount? Is that a problem?”

• You can easily take it down. Read the instruction manual. You would take the tv down and leave the mount on the wall and replace after service.

• Shouldn't be a problem. If you need service on the TV you can take it off the mount or pull the locking cords and tilt the TV backward to get behind it to the cables or whatever you need to fix. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
