• Yes, as long as the camera has a mic socket to plug in the mic. Also, the camera should have a flash shoe so you will not need to hold the mic.

• It sure will as long as the external mic for the still working and the jack inside the equipment matches up just make sure to read the fine print but I don't see why it wouldn't work old cameras used to have external mics just like the ones today
