Will this mic record two channel audio? null

The microphone itself will only record single channel, but whatever you are recording on might be able to record this on one channel and use the on-board microphone to create two channel recordings.

Yes, it will record on to both Left and Right channels. But it is a Mono microphone, not Stereo. I hope that helps.
