“how do you adjust the volume on this device I have the older device and you just turn and hold the knob and then it goes up this one I try to do that and it does not go up or down it just stays so how do I control the volume on the devic”

Please try again later.To lower or raise the volume on the transmitter, while streaming Bluetooth audio (music) turn and hold the tuning lever in the counter clockwise (left) or clockwise (right) position. This should allow you to lower and raise the volume. The highest volume setting on the transmitter should read "V30" on the display. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it turns up from your phone and your car, not the devise itself , it can only skip and stop music and or shows, its mainly for the bluetooth aspect of it, with ofc the charging ports which after a year of use still work just fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a good one it's only as loud as your Bluetooth volume goes on your phone and in your car is only as loud as your Bluetooth is connected to your phone so some songs may be louder and versus some songs may not be loud so it all depends

Please try again later.I tried adjusting the volume on the device as well but i don’t think you can do that. although there is another way to do so which is to use the volume controls on your steering wheel if you have buttons there or manually use the volume knob on your radio stereo
