The coins were added to my purchase. They showed on the receipt as an individual item and cost $0.00. Check to see if you purchased them free with your game, if not you are probably out of luck.

I pre ordered mine and had it delivered which came with the coin. For in store pick up, any physical pre order bonus is while supplies last. While your game is guaranteed, the coins are there as long as they have them. I would try contacting best buy customer service and see if you can have one shipped to you. Otherwise you might be too late at this point
