“I can't seem to locate the "Black Dog cosmetic pack" code in any of the order confirmation emails bestbuy sent me. How do I find it or request it. I would like to get access to that beta. All I was sent was an order confirmation and release date email.”

It’s on the card. You can only type it in 24 hours before beta launch. If you were in alpha you don’t even need the code till launch.
