Yes, I use two of these with my gaming laptops. Only thing is there are a few games which do not run because I think Steam requires the game install and the Steam application to be on the same drive. Very minor issue though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure. I've used Seagate external hard drives for years but not for that purpose. You should be able to store the files on it, but can't say if you can play the games directly from the drive the same way you can a video or audio file.
