A:AnswerYes, I use two of these with my gaming laptops. Only thing is there are a few games which do not run because I think Steam requires the game install and the Steam application to be on the same drive. Very minor issue though.
A:AnswerI attempted to watch a movie from my Seagate on my PS4 Pro and it did not work. PlayStation has their own external hard drives for compatibility. I would suggest one of those for ps4 use. Otherwise, this Seagate has been absolutely amazing so far!

To provide the RPM of the internal hard drive, we need the serial number of the external hard drive.
However rotational speed of the internal hard drive doesn't impact the transfer speed of the Seagate Backup Plus Hard Drive, since the expected performance depends on the USB cables and ports.
