First try reformatting your 2 TB internal drive with your Windows 10 operating system. Since the drive doesn't show up in disk management, select "This PC," see if the other drive shows up at all in the window along with your C: drive. If it does then high light the drive, right click and select format. When next window comes up make sure the file system is set to NTFS (Default), then select start. As just a reminder, any drive you buy, you should always first format it with your operating system before you can use it. I have many internal and external hard drives that I've had for many years, if they even show their bad, their really not, their just corrupted and a reformat of the hard drive will correct the problem. I formatted the Barracuda 2 TB hard drive I bought with Windows 10 operating system and have no problems. If none of the above works, then you may have to use the cmd command and run as administrator and use diskpart to clean, create partition primary, format NTFS, active, assign drive letter, which can get very tricky if you have never done it before.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. After trying many, many suggestions, there was no way to get the drive formatted. We ended up exchanging the drive and had the new one up and running super fast!
