Most newer games require the SSD memory. It will tell you whenever you try to actually play the game
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sadly no for Xbox Series. You need an $250 2T Xbox Series Expansion pack to install and play it for Xbox Series. However you can play/transfer/copy/move for Xbox 360, Xbox One X/S on it and play!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can have a copy on the internal drive and the portable hdd or even play it off the hdd if it is not an X/S game. If it is an X/S game it will only play on the console hdd or on a portable ssd. This is neither. If that is the case you will have to tranfer it over.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can store Series X games on it but you have to transfer the game to the internal drive to play it. Again-only games for Series X. All other games like for the XBOX One or 360 will play from it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe that you can just copy it, but some games require the Xbox internal drive to play.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A: Xbox360 games = yes Xbox X/X games = not the new "big games" like COD, Starfield, etc. I ended up returning my drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
