A:AnswerFollowing. The specs lists Alexa and that is why i bought them and they were delivered a few hours ago. Updated the firmware and control software yet Amazon Alexa app does not find them when I attempt to connect. I love the sound, but bought this model because of Alexa and alas no luck yet. Might be returning.

A:AnswerFor specifically these headphones, the noise cancelling isn't strong enough to completely drain out that outside noise. That would require really top end headphones such as the Sony WH line, Bose, and Airpods Max.
