Move it away from your router
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. After struggling with this problem for a year, I solved it by moving the transmitter three feet away from the router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I grew frustrated with the intermittent cutting in/out of sound and stopped using these headphones. Recently, I pulled them out and started using them again. I decided to perform an internet search or go to technical support to try to resolve the issue. I came across this web site. My sending unit was located next to my WiFi router. I moved it 10th away (I use a Toslink optical hub), and fortunately had a long enough optical cable to do so. Sound has been 100% consistent for the two days since making this change.

The 2.4GHz band operates on 11 possible channels and if your headphones happen to be on or within 1-2 channels of other devices with strong signals, interference can happen. I have tested this and found it to be true by isolating other devices by turning off their connections within the router and the drop outs go away. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is what channel the headphones are operating on by default and what channel are most other 2.4GHz devices working on. I only seem to have a problem after a certain time at night, so it seems it is related to when a certain device begins to do some kind of nightly update or something. PS4's really can put a drain on a network even when you aren't actively playing it. If it happens to be performing a timed update or something.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.iPod pro was the culprit for us. Headphones would cut in and out at random. I couldn’t go more than a minute or two. Took a while to trouble shoot but as soon as they were off it seemed to resolve the issue. Hope this helps, good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's ridiculous. I can walk all around my house and they still work. I'd take them back, but you might check your connections first.
