“How long are these supposed to last? I recently bought a new filter and it does not want to detect it. It’s been sitting at 0% filter life for 2hrs. Is it broken?”

• Unplug, remove the filter, wipe down the inside with a damp cloth, put filter back in, plug back in, reset filter. On the inside is a small sensor that sometimes gets dirty.

• The filter should be replaced every 6–12 months. After installing the new filter, press and hold the FILTER LIFE button on the control panel for 3 seconds. You’ll hear a confirmation beep, and the filter life will reset to 100%.
