“I have a new Hydro vac can’t I just vacuum with it? I don’t want water in it I want to just vacuum my rugs in my floor.”

We would like to let you know that the Hydrovac can not be used for dry vacuuming. There must be fluid in the Clean Solution Tank for the unit to run. The unit will turn off and indicate when you have run out of cleaning solution.
