Slide the flat edge of the mop pad through the slot in the Vac & Mop 2-in-1 Dust Bin and pull it through until secure. This keeps the pad firmly in place while mopping.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Before actually attaching the velcor parts you need to slide the rubber part on the edge of the pad into the side of the mop head, then attach the velcro areas. There is a video on the app. I kept wondering why mine was falling off as well.
