• Yes, I’m 5’7, my daughters are 4’10, and 5’3 and we all can easily maneuver the handheld portion of the vacuum. Even my 6 year old who is about 4 foot likes using it as a handheld.

• I don't see why not it is very light weight but a good vacuum, I have a petite wife and she uses it easily
