• Yes, Just connect your cabebox via an HDMI cable from the box to HDMI plug in on TV and switch to that input on the TV to watch.. (Input should be identified next to where it plugs into the TV.) Or if you don't use a box attach Coaxial Cable or Component cords the old fashioned way.

• I don't have regular cable, I have the cable app. I don't see why not, I can watch TV thru my antenna
